Acarkent
Acarkent is a layered children’s living space inspired by nature, movement, and discovery. Sage green, natural timber, and terracotta tones are combined with safari illustrations, climbing elements, and leaf-shaped details to bring play, rest, and physical activity together within one cohesive environment.
At the heart of the Acarkent project is the idea of creating a space that children do not simply use, but actively explore and experience across different levels.

Design Concept & Architectural Approach
The sleeping area is placed within a more sheltered lower niche, while the elevated level above introduces a second layer dedicated to play and discovery. Leaf-shaped cut-outs, vertical slats, and a safari mural visually connect the two levels and strengthen the room’s nature-inspired narrative.
A climbing wall, rope, and integrated rungs bring physical movement into the architecture, while soft landing elements support active play. Terracotta drawers beneath the bed introduce a bold color accent and integrate storage seamlessly into the composition.
At the front of the room, a child-sized table and chair create a quieter zone for drawing, reading, and creative activities. Natural wood, warm lighting, and soft textiles balance the more dynamic play features, giving the space a calm and inviting atmosphere.
The result is a distinctive children’s interior where nature, movement, and imagination come together within a single architectural story.
