Design Concept & Architectural Approach
The oak crib forms the main focal point of the room with its slender vertical rails and softly scalloped lower edge. These flowing details echo the curved textile pelmet above the window, creating a gentle visual rhythm throughout the space.
The changing unit combines warm oak with a tactile woven panel, adding depth and natural texture to the composition. Generous drawers provide practical storage, while rounded edges give the furniture a softer and more welcoming character.
Taupe curtains, neutral striped walls, and classic brass-accented lighting complete the calm palette. Animal-inspired artwork and decorative objects introduce a playful layer without overwhelming the room’s refined character. The result is a warm and timeless nursery where material, texture, and subtle detail define the atmosphere.
