Four Seasons - Garden
Four Seasons – Garden is a layered outdoor play environment designed to encourage movement, exploration, and imaginative play. Natural timber, soft neutral tones, and materials that blend with the surrounding landscape come together with a raised playhouse, slide, sand area, and themed activity zones to create a warm, inviting, and open-ended world for children.
The starting point for Four Seasons – Garden was to transform the garden from a simple outdoor area into a complete play environment that children could discover through movement and imagination.

Design Concept & Architectural Approach
A raised playhouse, changing levels, and a slide introduce a sense of adventure, while the sand area below offers a quieter and more tactile play experience. Inside the playhouse, a child-sized kitchen supports role play and expands the range of ways the space can be used.
On another part of the terrace, a dedicated vehicle play surface, open shelving, and a workbench create further opportunities for children to build their own scenarios. Natural timber and soft off-white finishes balance the stronger architectural materials of the existing setting, allowing the play elements to feel naturally integrated into their surroundings.
By combining active play with quieter moments of imaginative exploration, Four Seasons – Garden becomes a distinctive outdoor environment that can be experienced in different ways throughout the day, functioning as a natural extension of the landscape.
