Volony Ömerli
Volony Ömerli is a layered children’s space that brings together nature, movement, and imaginative play. Natural timber, sage green, and soft neutral tones are combined with climbing surfaces, rope nets, and forest-inspired details to create a warm and distinctive environment designed for both physical and creative exploration.
At the heart of Volony Ömerli is the idea of creating a complete play environment that children can experience through movement, discovery, and changing levels.

Design Concept & Architectural Approach
A mountain-inspired climbing wall and forest mural establish the nature-led character of the room. Climbing holds positioned at different heights encourage physical activity, while a staircase leads to an elevated play level that introduces a stronger sense of adventure and spatial discovery.
A small house-like structure enclosed by rope netting creates a more sheltered play zone above, while open shelving, activity surfaces, and a child-sized table and chair set below provide quieter settings for making, drawing, and imaginative play.
Illuminated arched niches and sage green detailing bring a more refined layer to the active play environment. The result is a distinctive children’s interior where nature, movement, and imagination come together within one cohesive architectural story.
